I’m writing this review because since I’ve been taking the pills at night my legs have been cramping up. I don’t know if it’s because of the pills or not. I’m drinking plenty of water. I’ve taken the powder also before and I did not get leg cramps at night. Like I said I’m not sure if it’s due to this pill or not but I stop taking it.
