painted the deck last year, and in a years time it needed to be painted again. i started doing the prep work but i just couldn’t bring myself to paint the deck again knowing that i’d be painting again in a years time. i started looking for other options, indoor/outdoor carpeting, rubberized pavers and then i found these. easy to work with and they look fantastic! more expensive than paint but well worth it.

They are very easy to install, not slippery to walk on even when it’s placed on a slight slope. As a matter of fact, these smaller squares (4 small squares in 1 big wood square) work very well on slopes. They are not thick but seem quite sturdy.

Bougth a total of four packs total to do my litte balcony thats about 10 ft wide 5ish feet in height. All of the pieces clip in together and the bottom is held together by plastic pieces so if you need to cut them into smaller pieces to fit them into smaller gaps you can. They didn’t smell weird and they honestly look so good however you can tell that this is just plain unbleached wood. This kind of wood in the sunlight or weather would not last on its own so I highly recommend getting a wood stain for extra protection. I definitely think the bare wood is just laziness in manufacturing coming unpolished or unsealed for $37/ a10 piece and thats why i gave 4 stars, but This process was still super easy and my patio looks so good now!! First pic is a piece i cut in the sunlight so you can see the true color, video is after i used a wood stain

These tiles are very good quality. They are identical to the Ikea tiles. The snap system is very similar to Ikea tiles and can be modified somewhat and will still work. Ikea tiles are much more expensive than these. However I ended up returning these tiles because Ikea had their tiles on sale for a short while. If they didn’t I would have kept these tiles and they would have worked very well.

The wood part of the tiles look decent, but the plastic part that interlocks the tiles looks brittle, as when I received the items some of it is already broken . It could have been better if the seller or amazon was able to help me with the replacement but they weren’t . It is better to keep in mind when you order this tile make sure you order extra, so you don’t t get short of materials when you get broken merchandise.
