A recent slow leak prompted this purchase and I’m so happy I pulled the trigger. Being a DeWalt Dad meant I already had the batteries and am happy with the quality of their products. I was considering buying the AC adaptor, but unless you’re inflating a lot of tires at one location, don’t bother. I haven’t run the battery flat yet, so can’t comment on the life, but the unit inflated my 17″ tires by 5psi in around 20 seconds. Super easy to use and the brass fitting is threaded so no need to push and hold in place like those horrible gas stations hoses. Turn it on, attach hose, set PSI, push play button. Auto shuts off when inflated. It even gives you a half PSI over to account for unscrewing the fitting. Genius! I can’t believe I didn’t buy one sooner. Knowing I save $2.50 with every use is so satisfying. Comes with attachments for other applications. Compact, sturdy, powerful, light weight, work horse. Buy it now.

Perfect addition to our camper! We can check/fill our tires and we can also fill up tube’s for the pool! Nice, compact size. Fills up fast as well. You can also set a psi to fill to and it will turn off once reached.

Love my air pump. Works great on my car and bike tires. Small and light and easy to get it close to where I need it. Easy to set desired psi and stops as indicated. I did also get an extension with a quick release fill valve attachment that’s easier than the screw on attachment provided. I have and love a number of Dewalt tools that all use the same battery. Love them all; pump, saws, sanders, and drills.

The is a compact, well-made portable inflator. Quickly inflates car tires that are several pounds low, and I like that I can use my rechargeable batteries used in my other DEWALT tools. The tire compressor function is strong and solid with enough capacity to inflate car tires with ease. I especially like the pre-set function that allows for me to “dial in” (literally) a tire pressure target that is spot on when checking with my Michelin MN-12279 Digital Programmable Tire Gauge.The inflator function, which is used on pool inflatable toys, air mattresses, and the like is robust and generates a high-volume output.Nicley designed and high-quality unit. I’ve had several different types of the “auto inflat” tire pumps from different manufacturers. Each of the other pumps had some variation of D/C power. This is the first model I’ve had that has a 20volt battery, not to mention D/C & A/C as other options. The pump was very easy to take out of the box and set up for use. The rotary dial is easy to use to set up your desired pressure and the start/pause button switch seems to be off good quality. The only pump issue I noticed was when I was inflating my tires, the pump likes to vibrate and dance on the concrete floor. It does not moon walk, but it definitely does the jitter bug. Thicker feet would definitely round out this unit and be a welcomed addition. The only big hold out for myself and I’m sure some others, is that beside purchasing this unit, you also need to purchase a battery, get the largest you can afford, and a way to charge the battery. DeWalt makes it easy with some combo packages and it’s a long term investment, not an impulse,use once buy. So far, this investment has worked well and had no problems inflating my UHP tires to 44psi. It inflated quick and easily. The actual pump generates allot of heat, enough to warm up the high pressure hose. All in all I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who wants to make an investment in keeping your tires safe.

This portable air compressor and tire inflator is an absolute must have in any home. I bought it after my Old Milwaukee one stopped working after barely 2 years. The Dewalt compressor is very easy to use and extremely accurate! It’s more powerful than the old one too . Since I already own several compatible batteries it’s a home run . I was a bit annoyed that the manufacturer does not include the adapters for your household outlet use nor a carrying case? It gets pricey to buy them all separately. But the product itself does the job well and I’m quite pleased with the quality.

This is a 10/10 quality product! It does NOT come with a battery or charging station (you must purchase them separately) but man oh man this little diddy works so well. I drive a Kia Soul and ran over a nail and had a flat with no way of getting it anywhere without a tow-truck (um, no thanks) so this came highly recommended from my father and brother who love DeWalt products and it did not disappoint. It pumped up my car tire in like 2 minutes! The machine itself is super light too! I am not mechanic-savy at all and I could use it with no manual – It’s very user-friendly. I keep it in my car all the time and just used it to pump up my friends bicycle tire (it comes with all the little attachments for different tires). You should never be “stranded” ever again!
