I have always been a serious fan of DeWalt tools… That’s all I own from their sockets to their 20V Max 1/2″ impact gun. This wratchet lives up to their name and reputation hands down. It has plenty of power and torque to get the job done. The work light is a god send as well . I have used this in every task from assembling smokers and grills to swingsets. Love it. If you’re on the fence about this one…take the jump and buy it . My only regret is I didn’t buy it years ago

I’ve used this to take off and mount 22 blades on a gang unit mower with very little room for a rachet and hand space. Usually blade changes for us on this unit takes about an hour. This baby took 15 minutes and only because I didn’t prep bolts with never seize ahead of time. It doesn’t feel like it pounds the bolt on but when I checked them with a Standard rachet I couldn’t tighten them any further from my access point. Very happy with the performance if it’s the only job I ever use it for.

Should have purchased this long ago, I used to have the Dewlat air ratchet but this one is much better, seems a great product as all dewalt items, very powerful for the size and great additions to my toolbox.

I watch a mechanic from Florida use his in almost every video, albeit his is a Milwaukee…it’s the same concept. Just a different brand. I picked up this one about a month ago and used it on several things including my daughter’s car. Made super quick work of removing the wheel, you can use it to put the wheels back on – just be sure to use an actual measuring torque wrench to set the nuts at the specified factory range. Be careful, as anything less than 1/4″ bolts you will snap them off with this wrench.I really like the quick change from 3/8 to 1/2″ head size swap, easy to remove and set the other back in place. The selling point for me was that you can use it still as a manual ratchet, there are times you will need it to break free the set nut/bolt and get it started before you can use the powered feature. You can control the speed of the powered spin by how much you pull in the trigger, and a nice loud audible click lets you know that the pin is making firm contact with the ratchet spindle.Purchased the PowerStack 20v battery to go with it as it’s a slightly lower profile and rubberized case in case I drop it, it seems to hold up just fine to the power required for torquing things down. I’m not disappointed at all with this tool, wishing I had it years ago.

Bought them for less than the big box store. Works on everything I tried it on. Slim profile and accepted aftermarket batteries easily. Enjoy not having to drag out air hose to use my pneumatic tools. Change out from 3/8 to 1/4″ anvils is nice advantage.

This is much larger and more powerful than the m18 I have used. The size is a bit of a burden, but the power is great

  7. Jamie J.

This is by far my favorite tool. The battery lasts a long time and is easy to charge and replace. I have used this in SO many projects. The power, speed and torque are perfect for most projects, even though it’s battery powered. I used it today to put together a smith machine and weight bench. I will say, it’s way heavier than a regular ratchet and a little bulkier but it really improves the time it takes to get the job done.

I already have 20-volt batteries and chargers for various Dewalt tools. I bought my first cordless ratchet years ago and missed it after it quit. I decided to try this one and have no regrets it is large and seems to be well made. Works great for my intended uses with no regrets.

Love the feel, power, and handling of this tool. Dewalt never fails me, amazing quality and the price was right. Works exactly as it should!

A great tool that I should have had years ago!
So far I’ve really enjoyed this tool for the ease of operant not having to string an airline from my compressor to do remote jobs.
