I bought this unit to replace a similar model from another company. The unit I received was a little wobbly (a very minor issue). I contacted the seller and they immediately had me a new unit shipped out and to my door within a day, no questions asked. I was amazed by their excellent customer service and this product is flawless and works fubulously! It even comes with a cleaning kit. Great misting action which fills my entire apartment with fragrance! The lighting on this model seems to be brighter than other models I have had and really highlights the beauty of the machine. Everlasting Comfort diffuser is very nice looking. I bought the dark grain wood and I couldn’t be happier with it.The diffuser it’s is beautiful. Yes, it looks sort of like an onion, but it’s very elegant looking. I have mine in my bedroom on my desk.I ordered the plant therapy oils to use with it. The diffuser is easy to use and hold 400ml of water. It’s very simple to fill up. You pull the top off vertically and there is a deep and fairly large reservoir. Fill it to the 400ml line and add a few drops of oil and slide the lid back on. Simple!There is two buttons on the back. The first is for the light, which features several different colors to choose from. The light is vibrant and add even more beauty to the diffuser.Next to the light button is the on/off switch. There are three settings, 1 hour, 3 hour, and 6 hour. I use 3 hour often. The scent fills the air too. I especially love how quiet this unit is. I literally forget the diffuser is on all the time.Don’t worry, the diffuser shuts off after it runs the cycle you choose.I recommend everyone who is looking to a pretty and quiet diffuser to buy this one. Plus, it comes with a 1 year warranty.

I’ve had a few other essential oil diffusers. This one is the largest I’ve purchased. The amount of water it holds creates a long lasting mist that goes the whole night and well into the next day. I have to use at least twice as many drops of oil in this diffuser to get the same level of scent I did with my 300ml diffusers. I use 10 to 15 drops, but even then, the mist seems to outlast the scent. Overall, it is quiet, nice to look at and seems to be working properly. I am satisfied.

I have a few diffusers in my house, and this one ended up in my bedroom because it gives off more mist than any of the others for a longer time. My previous diffuser for my bedroom didn’t seem to put any scents into the air even when I increased the essential oil I put into it. With this diffuser, I set it to ON and then hold the mist button until I hear 1 beep that signals the high mist mode is on. High mist mode can be chosen for each of the timer settings. Now I can smell the wonderful scents, and the mist still lasts all night. Since this diffuser holds 400 ml. of water vs. the 150-200 ml. that many hold, it can be set to run continuously for up to 13 hours. The timer option allows you to set it to run for 1, 3, or 6 hours or continuously until it runs out of water at which time it will automatically shut off. The option of choosing 1 of 7 lighting colors or a rainbow of all colors is also a nice touch.After about a week, my diffuser stopped working – neither the mist or the lights worked. I decided to try the power cord from another diffuser and it worked. The power cord from this diffuser did not work in the other diffuser. This indicated that there was a short in the power cord for this unit. I sent a message to the seller describing the problem and asked if I could get a replacement power cord. The next day, I got a message from them saying they were sorry about the problem and were sending me a replacement diffuser. How refreshing that a seller stands behind their products!!As mentioned previously, I have multiple diffusers in my home, and the oils used in them depends on the needs at the time. In my 98-year-old mother’s room, I often use a Breathe Easy blend when she has a cough or congestion in her chest. There are also blends for stress relief, sleeping, and so many more. I use the diffuser in my bedroom every night as the scents are relaxing and I sleep better. If my mother or I have a problem with congestion, the oils for this purpose relieve the congestion and make breathing easier. For my bathroom, I enjoy the sweeter more flowery scents like lavender. These scents seem to help me to get my day started feeling more positive.Whether or not you have tried aromatherapy, this diffuser is definitely a good one to have, especially if you want a stronger scent that will last throughout the night. It’s also good to know that the seller stands behind the quality of this diffuser.UPDATE 11/25/18:I have been using this diffuser in my bedroom for about 6 weeks, and I still love it. Even on the high mist mode, it lasts the entire night and shuts itself off when it runs out of water. I do like the hi mist mode as my bedroom is relatively large, and this mode fills the room for the entire night. I have been happy enough with this diffuser that I have bought another one for a different room.UPDATE 10/07/19:I have been using this diffuser every night for over a year, and it’s still working as well as it did the day I bought it. I also bought one for my mother’s room shortly after I bought this one, and it is still working as well. She is 99 years old and sometimes has a runny nose. Using this diffuser in her room at night seems to help her sleep better, and reduces the her runny nose. I use one in my bedroom because the fragrances are relaxing after a hectic day.08/11/2020:I have been using this diffuser in my bedroom and in my Mom’s for about 2 years. Since so many products sold today don’t last for even a year, I am very impressed with this diffuser. Both that I have are working as well as they did when I got them, and, honestly, I haven’t cleaned them as often as I should. I am sold on the benefits of essential oils as they have helped my mother a lot with breathing and congestion. They have also helped me to relax at night when I go to sleep. If these diffusers should ever stop working, I can assure you I would buy them again.I should also mention that this review was not prompted or paid for in any way, and is entirely my opinion based on my use of this diffuser. I find oil Diffusers to be wonderful at adding a pleasant smell/atmosphere to the home so decided to check this large capacity one out. Very happy I did get it! The large (14oz) size of water storage is super for working for an all day/night misting so covers the whole house without having to stop and refill too many times. The LED lights are a nice additive for night time and the shape and color make it a nice addition to the room as not boring as some of the plain looking ones. Plus a very good price on them!Also, and maybe the best part being the excellent customer service from the seller!!Good for 5 stars and would buy one again!

I searched the internet for a long time before I bought this diffuser. It is beautiful and works like a champ! It comes with a cleaning cloth and brush, so you can care for it after each 5-6 uses. As it diffuses, you can see different colors which creates a zen like feeling. For some reason, my engineer husband finds the color changing fascinating. Because the colors come from a small strip, it is interesting without being overwhelming. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. Add water to the line, add 3 drops of essential oils, push one hour or three and enjoy the lovely aromas. I used it first when we had steamed shrimp. Love it, but UGH the smell lingers for days. The diffuser substituted a pleasant aroma! I recommend this highly and will probably buy some for gifts. Love this diffuser
Looks great. Really looks like wood even though it’s plastic. Totally silent and works well. Comes with a little brush and cloth for cleaning. Very elegant and fits into our decor. I have two other diffusers from Doterra that I paid close to $100 each. This one is well worth the price! Will definitely buy another for another room in our house. The only thing I don’t like is how easily the water can spill when refiling and relocating. The other diffusers that I have, had plastic lids in addition to the outer plastic covering to prevent the water from spilling. You just have to be careful with filling this one as the entire water tank area is basically just wide open and you just place the “wooden” plastic lid on top – it’s not a secure seal or fit – just sits on top.
