Directions
For adults 12 years and older HELPS SUPPORT: DIGESTIVE HEALTH by promoting regularity: 2 to 5 capsules up to 4 times per day. HEART HEALTH by lowering cholesterol: 5 capsules up to 4 times per day. HEALTHY BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS take before each meal: 5 capsules 4 times per day. Swallow 1 capsule at a time and take in an upright position. NEW USERS: Start with one serving per day; gradually increase to desired daily intake. You may experience changes in bowel habits / minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake. Product adds supplemental fiber to your diet but you’ll still need to eat foods containing fiber to reach your daily requirement. Also, be aware a 300 count bottle is a 20 day supply. Directions say to take 5 capsules at a time, 3x per day.

The Metamucil 3-in-1 Fiber Capsules are good and comparable to the Kirkland version available at Costco but at a better price. I tried them to see if I felt any different or better and didn’t notice a change. This isn’t a knock on the brand. I’d use them again if I didn’t have the other option. A solid choice for fiber supplementation.
