It is pleasant to taste and works superbly! After being told again by my gastroenterologist that I must take fiber I started looking for an alternative to psyllium seed based fiber and was so excited to find this. Tried it and now I’ve been taking it for several months. A game changer.

These gummy‘s do work they just work way slower than your normal Metamucil powder. If you need it to add fiber to your diet and help with lowering your blood sugars and cholesterol, it is a good product if you want to buy the powder form whether it is the one sugar-free or the one that does have sugar I prefer the sugar-free Powder brand of Metamucil. Everyone is different, so what works for me may not work the same for you however the gummy‘s I don’t feel are that great of a product. I did purchase them to try them out, hoping they would make it easier than having to mix a glass of the Metamucil powder with water More so for the convenience. I won’t buy the gummy‘s again for Metamucil though. I will however stick to the sugar-free powder form of Metamucil as it works great.

Being pregnant I need to get more fiber into my diet. This gummy has helped a ton with that! Its easy to take and it tastes pretty good too. The only issue I have is that is kind of sticky but thats normal for gummies.

I purchased these to help with regularity, but also to get extra fiber in my diet. I have been taking them for a couple months. I am quite regular now, and no more “backed up” stomach pain. I know every person is different but these worked for me.They have a great flavor and are easy to take.Even though they have a child proof cap, I do recommend keeping them out of the reach of children as they do taste like candy.They are sticky as some other reviews have suggested, but I store my bottle upside-down in order to easily get the gummy out when I open the cap.

Stuck together and impossible to get out of the container.
The product should be recalled. The gummies are all wet, stuck together and impossible to get out of the bottom of the bottle. I opened the seal which was on properly, then realised they were all stuck to the bottle and required a knife to pull one out which wasn’t nice.
