Great product so far. The only complaint is the size of the pill. If you have problems taking supplements, this probably isn’t for you. But I can tell you, it works for me after about 4-5 days. Hope it works for you.

Started running again after a few years recovering from a back issue and knee issue … so I decided to start taking a joint supplement. Looking at reviews, I ended up ordering Nature Made brand tablets. I have noticed less knee joint stiffness the day after running and I attribute that to this supplement. The only gripe, and it’s almost a deal breaker, is the size of the tablet. I am not a good pill taker and these tablets are too large for me to swallow. I end up cutting them in half to make it easier except the sharp edges on the cut tablets sometimes makes it difficult to swallow. I wish they made this same supplement in tablets that were half the size of these so they would be easier to swallow. Will try to find something that I can swallow easier when this bottle starts to run low as I like the results, just hate the pill size.

I actually feel a difference in my joints. I still snap, crackle and pop like an old man, so I’m not saying it’s a miracle supplement. But, my knees no longer hurt just from sitting with my leg crossed for a short time, and the rest of my joints feel noticeably less painful at the end of my long days. I hope everyone else feels the level of relief I have experienced.

This product is huge. I had to cut in half with a knife since it is too big to fit in pill cutter. It would be a much better product if they made 4 smaller pills as doage. I am going to try to take but not sure cutting in half will work as still hard to swallow. Will rate for effectiveness after a week.
