I have switched between a few different brands of fish oil (native pet, some Norwegian brand), and this one is best in aspects of my dog’s coat health, quality of the fish oil, and value for money. Other competing brands seem to overprice for such a small amount. Or have a terribly designed bottle that makes a mess whether no matter what kind of bottle it is in or what you do with it. Or just don’t seem to have good quality fish oil, almost as if it’s diluted to make it cheaper on them. But this one, I like. There seems to be more bang for your buck. The squirt design bottle hasn’t given me any issues unlike any of the other squirt bottles. It’s kinda smelly and orangey which leads me to believe it’s good-quality fish oil. I’m not a fish oil expert but my dogs black coat seems to be shiner and softer than ever.

I’ve been using salmon oil for my three dogs for a few years now. The oil is great quality (no filler oils) and an affordable price. It helps with itchy skin and shedding as well as lubricating the joints. My dogs like the taste and a large bottle will last us a few months.

the oil itself is great! my dogs love it. I just really hate the bottle. It’s very leaky and makes a mess. I suggest you pour the oil in a different bottle for use.

I bought this at the recommendation of our vet to get more omega-3s into our dog’s diet since he licks his paws a lot. The pump makes it easy to squirt into his dog bowl at meal time and keep in the fridge door. I think this has improved our dogs health. Will order more.

I don’t believe it is the products fault itself, just concentrated salmon oil in general. This business is reputable and trustworthy and I appreciate their customer service. I do think it is important pet owners are aware of the dangers. We have been using this product with our two dogs for the past 5 weeks in hopes to help with their coats. We followed the instructions to build up the oil dosage slowly. At first they loved it. One dog didn’t have any reactions and it helped her dry skin some. The other dog lost his appetite, looked very uncomfortable, and ended up with bloody stool, which is indicative of GI bleeding, which I now understand can be caused my salmon oil. Everything went back to normal after stopping use. PLEASE use caution when using this. Some dogs may tolerate it, but i’m not sure if the risk is worth it. Look out for signs of change in stool and decreased appetite. If you notice bloat and/or pale gums, take them to the vet IMMEDIATELY. Salmon oil is easily overdosed if you are not careful. I would recommend giving UNDER the amount recommended.

I originally bought this to help with my dog’s itching. She’s itching less but I’m also giving supplements so not sure if it’s the salmon oil or the supplements or the combination but she’s better. Both my dogs love the taste and both look really shiny and healthy. I will continue to purchase this.

Purchased this for my 4 month old British Longhair kitten and he seems to LOVE it!😻He tends to take a pause in between eating but ever since I added this in his wet food, he finishes his food at one go, where he would then lick the plate for the salmon oil!I can’t tell how it works on my kitten fur yet as it’s still early days but the person whom I got the kitten from did fed him salmon oil (different brand) and the kitten fur is indeed soft and healthy. This is the reason I decided get him salmon oil.The item arrived all the way from the US intact. Bottle has a seal so that prevented the leak. The bottle also came in sealed plastic packaging – in case it still leaks, at least it won’t make a whole mess in the the delivery box.The pump works well for me so far; no dripping issue. The salmon oil colour looks good and smell fine; fishy as I expect a salmon oil would be (but not at all overly strong).Very pleased with this purchase so will be getting the big bottle next time.
