I have a medical issue that requires me to change medications several times a year. The reason I stop most meds is bc my hair gets super thin or comes out in chunks leaving small bald spots.I talked with my Dr about taking Biotin bc my hair was always shedding (couldn’t wear black tops) and when I showered, it came out in clumps. I did a lot of crying and whining!!One of the nurses told me specifically to buy this brand of Biotin (along with psyllium and calcium pills) twice a day. I am not one to post reviews, but this really works. BUT GIVE IT TIME. About 45-60 days. There’s no longer long blonde hair everywhere, I don’t have to pull my hair back when cooking/baking, very little hair comes out when showering. I love it, it works, I don’t NEED it right now but still use just to keep hair healthy. I highly recommend to anyone wanting stronger, thicker hair. (PS: my hair has highlights)
