    Very easy install but I’m generally handy. I didn’t give the highest score on durability but only because I just installed these but I don’t see anything wrong or potentially suspect at this point. I put these on a kids MTB which had been heavily used by it’s prior owner so I’m glad that I bought these. I would recommend this product.

    This set of ‘V’ brake levers and hand brakes is complete and works, but the quality leaves much to be desired. The rubber brake pad nuts and adjustment washers are terrible quality making adjusting the brake pad distance laborious. Bottom line the kit works, but not sure how long. Granted I installed them on a cheap Schwinn bike, for some reason I expected more.

    Can’t get the brakes aligned right. Spring tensions are not the same. Save yourself the headache and get Shimano. Wish I would have returned right away rather than try to mess with it for so long.

    I bought to replace a bent part of a bike break and only replaced that part. But it’s great because now I have a bunch of spare parts if anything else breaks!
