They don’t taste bad, but don’t taste amazing. I haven’t had any problems with bloating or gas that sometimes happens when adding more fiber into my diet. I’d buy again.

The product itself is effective and tasty as a way to add additional fiber to your diet. The problem is that when it is ordered and shipped in hot weather, it melts into one single, dark red gummy that is stuck in the jar. It is not a refundable item and when it is ordered by mail, there are many hoops to jump over in order to get a refund from a totally defective item. Since I am adverse to absorbing the cost of an unusable item I find it wrong to refuse a refund whether it’s returnable or not. Second time this has happened after 8 orders over the years. I should have learned from the first time.
